Summer fun!

We had a great time with Amanda, Ben and Caroline this weekend at the Hyatt Lost Pines resort! It was a lot of fun, and we highly recommend it for our future family gatherings! We spent a lot of time by the pool and floating along in the lazy river. We also had fun making s'mores in the evenings, and playing with the kids on the playground! Luke had so much fun watching Caroline play, and he loved swimming in the pool! Here are a few pictures and a video of Luke and Carl in the pool!

Luke got to ride down the slide on the playground (with a little help!) and he had such a good time! He had a huge grin every time he got to the bottom:

We are so excited that Luke in finally holding his own bottle! He is doing a great job all by himself!

Luke has also been talking up a storm lately! For a while it was all "mama", but now he has moved on to "dada". He doesn't actually know what he's saying yet, but we still have fun listening to him!
