Dada bye-bye
After months of working with Luke to string 2 words together, he is finally getting the idea! For some reason this is an extremely gratifying milestone for me since we've been encouraging him to start using his words together for so long. So far "Dada bye-bye" is the most common, but we've also gotten "Hi Nana". We even got a three word combo this weekend too - "Dada Bye-bye car". He said that after he heard Carl close the garage door the other day. His vocabulary is also increasing by the day! It seems like we are getting a new word almost every day. This is big progress for us, and I'm hoping a sign of a lot more to come soon!

Go, Luke!
I'm with you, Karen - this phase of "word explosion" is just soooo miraculous. It is so much fun!
Way to go Luke!!!
